Hey team,
Well what a week it has been. I loved celebrating Valentines in the US, they make such a big deal of holidays, some people hate it and think its too commercial, I guess it can be, but I am a sucker for celebration, any excuse really and I am on board.
We had a lingerie party with our closest girl friends, shared the love and reached out to friends and family and I think it was one of the best days of the year so far.
I have been very busy with auditions and classes here in LA which has been great. I think off the back of working on two wonderful shows in New Zealand over the past few months has put me in a great space to take on the beast that is pilot season.
I blogged a few weeks ago about having ten people you should dedicate your time to, you can have more friends etc, but to be clear on the 10 most important people in your life and making sure you make time to communicate, hang out, and talk to those the people each week. I have been putting this in to practice and it feels really good. I feel more connected to my family and closest friends even though for some of us we are literally on the other side of the world. Time is precious so be cautious of where you are putting yours.
Looking to the week ahead, make sure you tune in again to Step Dave on Tuesday TV2 at 8:30 pm (let’s trend on Twitter again team) and Thursday at 7:30pm Cadbury Dream Factory launches!
