Ten Minute Workout Ideas

Looking for some workout ideas that will hit all the right spots but only take ten minutes to make an impact?

While you should try and make time for at least half an hour of exercise a day, sometimes we have to make do with small windows of opportunity.

Here are some ten minute workout ideas that will do you good – even if they are quick!

LUNGES

Turn up the music and lunge! This great workout is not as easy as it looks – ten minutes of this every day and you will have strong legs in no time!

STAIR CLIMBING

Run up and down a flight of stairs five times to get the heart rate up and work those legs! Alternatively, always opt to take the stairs instead of the lifts when you are at work.

DANCING

Crank up the music to your favourite songs and go nuts for ten minutes – this workout will leave you feeling pumped and positive, and help with your fitness!

BOXING

If you have a punching bag, then throw on your gloves and hit it hard for ten minutes. This is a great upper body exercise and also helps to strengthen your core muscles.
