January Favourites

Welcome to 2023! Hope everyone has been enjoying their Christmas and New Years (or a bit of a holiday if you don’t celebrate!) and getting out in amongst Summer and all the things this time of year has to offer.

This month we shine a spotlight on musician Tom Grennan, psychologist Gwendoline Smith is set to release her latest book, music superstar Lizzo’s new live concert film and some tunes to add to your playlist!

Music: Tom Grennan
UK singer-songwriter Tom Grennan had a big 2022 with a number of top-charting releases including All These Nightsand Lionheart with Joel Corry. Tom most recently released a new tune, You Are Not Alone, which he shared was the most personal song he has ever written – “I want these lyrics to help other people as much as writing them has helped me”. Tom is also set for another stellar year with the upcoming release of his new album What Ifs & Maybes, due out in Spring (UK time), so keep an eye out for that. Image: Tom Grennan

Quote: @alex
I saw this post being shared around a bit online this week and I wanted to share it here. “I intend to feel nourished and nurtured in 2023. I will do my best to create a more peaceful and joyous life. I am focusing on relationships that are healthy, loving, and reciprocal. I am keeping promises to myself because I am worth it. I will stay close to people who want to see me do and be my best. I am showing up and claiming the joy that I deserve. As this year comes to an end, I’m feeling more clear, grounded, and hopeful about myself and my life.” – Alex Elle
