What’s your favourite healthy and delicious food?
Beetroot salad… roasted or raw… with mint, haloumi cheese, almonds and rocket… a year round favourite.
Do you have a favourite way to exercise?
Yoga gives me time to myself to create space in my head and put air into my lungs… a great way to start the day
What makes you most happy?
Being around my friends and family… and a good laugh…
For you, what is ‘general wellbeing’?
Getting enough sleep and living in the moment… being able to stop and smell the flowers!!
