What to eat: Summer icy treats
As we are gearing up for a hot Summer season, I thought it would be a good time to start having a browse for some great Summer icy treat ideas. I don’t know about you, but I can be a bit guilty of buying a bunch of bananas and then not using them all before they start to become really ripe (my tip is cutting them up into reusable zip lock bags and freezing them!). This lil’ two-step recipe for Banana Soft Serve has you covered plus it is dairy and gluten free, score! Image: Taste Australia https://www.taste.com.au/recipes/2-ingredient-banana-soft-serve/693gm30x
