Pretty Depressed
Our very own Kim Crossman hosts Pretty Depressed, interviewing a variety of guests about their life and mental wellbeing. Mental Health advocate and author Jazz Thornton hosts Hope is Real, a podcast with the aim to leave listeners ‘feel a little less alone, a bit more inspired, and a lot more hopeful.’ Jazz, who has her own lived experience with Mental Illness, is able to speak rawly and honestly with her guests which include content creator Spencer Barbosa, her Voices of Hope co-founder Genevieve Mora, therapist Lindsay Fleming and Law & Order: SVU’s Jamie Hyder.

British author and life coach Jay Shetty hosts On Purpose, a podcast that wants you to ‘live life today on purpose’. Voices of Hope: A Moment with… 
It’s not weak to speak. That’s one of the key messages mental health charity Voices of Hope wants you to know.
