Over the last few years roots have gradually gone from being a fashion crime to a fashion accessory.
Light tips and dark roots, otherwise known as ‘Ombre Hair Colour’ are now one of the hottest trends in Hollywood. Here are a few photos of our favourites.

Unfortunately it is not as simple as just letting your roots grow out naturally! The colour needs to melt from dark to light, so it looks natural and soft. If the difference between your natural colour and your dye is too different, the regrowth will be too harsh.
Best advice is to pay a little visit to the hairdresser. It may cost you a bit up front, but it is easy and cheap to maintain and doesn’t require 6 weekly root touch-ups like normal colouring does!
