I started studying Marine Bio during covid via correspondence to try to gain some formal credibility in a field I wanted to be creative in. I was so scared for so many reasons and doubtful that the efforts and financial investment was the right thing to do…
Fast forward a few years and I got the opportunity in April to join some of the best scientists in the world to study some of the biggest sharks in the world and get up close (very close) and personal with them for some new research.
I am beyond proud to announce that on July 7th our show will be the opening show on Shark Week 2024!!!!
I am sharing this 1) to promote the show. But 2) because I know the feeling of not knowing if your dreams will ever be tangible, if you are completely nuts or if you are chasing ideas that are too big. I hope this is the little nudge you might need (I needed it yesterday) to keep going. You got this. We all got this. And 3) because Sharks are beautiful, deserve respect and a healthy ocean has strong predators to keep all the ecosystems alive and thriving!
