Welcome to 2017!
I hope you al had an amazing break over the festive season and are ready to jump in to the new year.
I wasn’t quite ready to pack my suitcase and say goodbye to my vacation, I had been dragging my feet a bit. But, now that I am back on the ground and amerced in the energy that is LA, I feel ready to tackle the year.
For a year that was full of so many ups and downs for so many, I feel incredibly lucky to have spent the last month of the year doing some pretty epic things.
Josh (@JDIMARC) and I took a trip to Malibu to meet Stanley the Giraffe. You may recognize him from The Hangover movies. He now has a forever home at Malibu Wines where he spends his day with his best friends the Zebras and Lamas. If you are planning a trip to LA I would recommend visiting Stanley, he has an amazing personality and loves people. http://www.lasafaris.com/#home
Probably one of the coolest things I have ever been able to organize was flying home to New Zealand for Christmas to surprise my family. Check out how my Mum reacted when I popped out!
After New Zealand I headed to Mexico to celebrate the new year with Josh. I had never been to Mexico before and I can now see what all the fuss is about. It is so beautiful. It was also my first time staying in an all inclusive resort. Great if you are a big drinker or big eater. I definitely ate my fair share of food over the few days, indulging in multiple room service orders of burgers in the middle of the night! Bliss. Mexico highlights included zip lining, horse riding and driving RV’s through massive puddles after the storms!
Looking forward to a big 2017. Katie and I will be working with Kicked To The Curb Productions on some big shows this year as well as moving forward with the shows we have created so stay tuned for updates. http://kickedtothecurbproductions.com
