  1. Be Grateful

Look at all the great parts of your life. Gratitude attracts more goodness and positivity into your life!

  1. Stop Being Defensive

Stop with the excuses. You will save yourself and others a lot of time. It’s only when we let our walls down that we can truly grow.

 

  1. Be Accepting

Don’t fight change. Instead, embrace yourself to change what you can (the way you think and behave, etc.).

  1. Forgive and Let Go

If for any other reason than for yourself, forgive and let go of the negative experience of the past. They will only hold you down.

  1. Be Authentic

Be genuine and real. Have the confidence to be yourself. Do not say false things, even to yourself.

  1. Reflect Empathy

Let go of the need to be judgmental. Put your self in someone else’s shoes. Think of how they may feel and responded appropriately.

  1. Be Direct

Say what you mean and mean what you say. Don’t beat around the bush. Avoid being passive aggressive to get what you want.

  1. Be Kind and Compassionate

Only speak works of kindness. Be open and listen to others. Consider there thoughts and feeling first before taking any action.

  1. Have Integrity

Always do what you said you were going to do. And if things change be up front and honest with others. Admit when your wrong and take ownership of your faults. Apologize when needed.

  1. Love Yourself

Have compassion for yourself. Understand that you are human and that nobody is perfect. Celebrate your wins! Celebrate your life, your unique gifts and your spirit. When you love yourself you give more love to others.
