After realizing that I have literately no routine in my life I decided that perhaps getting some kind of normality injected in to my crazy lifestyle might help me feel more settled and grounded.
After reading a lot of articles and following recommendations of those whom lead a similar lifestyle I was put on to ‘My Miracle Morning’ a book by Hal Elrod a great read with loads of particle life changing steps.
What is your current morning routine?
Make time for YOU. Even if it means getting up 30 minutes earlier so you can sit, reflect, write and collect your thoughts and lay out your intentions for the day. How you start your day sets you up for the kind of day you are about to experience. Take responsibility of your morning and feed your mind, body and soul. Mediation is something that I would love to get better at too.

I have been getting up earlier and before I check my phone, emails etc I make a coffee and write some morning pages. Just free writing to get things out of me. Then I shower and begin to get ready to tackle the day with a much calmer and grounded approach.

Be intentional with your morning and watch how things change.
