Not all of us can afford regular visits to the nail salon. So why not create your very own salon at home? Place your feet in a footbath filled with sweet smelling body wash.
– Unplug all your electronic devices
Disconnect from your social media accounts, as these will only distract you. This is your time to focus solely on yourself so you don’t need anything getting in the way of that.
Make your own Mud Mask!
You will need:
- 2-3 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. buttermilk
- ¼-1/2 of a banana, mashed
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together and proceed to blend. The mask should be thick enough so that it does not run down your face. Apply a layer of the mask to your face and allow it to sit for 20-30 minutes. Wash it off with cool water.
Now all you have to do is clear your schedule, kick back and relax!
