â€˜Finding clarity in the chaosâ€™ â€“ that is the goal this week.
I took some time out to lay on a paddleboard in the ocean on Saturday with one of my best friends. Coming from New Zealand I have really been missing NZ Summer and being in the water. We got up early, rented some boards and just hung out for hours on the water. Ironic to say the water â€˜groundsâ€™ me but it does. I am my own worst enemy at times, my mind goes 1 million miles and hour and I sometimes need to step back to find clarity and re-gain focus. We were lying out, considering paddling back to shore when about 10 dolphins swan under and around us! I am OBSESSED with dolphins and tried to keep up with them as they swam against the current. They were perfect. It was a dream come true.
I am in a bit of a holding pattern at the moment waiting to see if our pilot is picked up for series. I am feeling confident, it is a great show and all the snippets I have seen are very funny.
With the goal in mind to â€˜find clarityâ€™ and avoid my own chaotic mind I wrote a list of things in my life I want to prioritise this week and put it on the mirror in my room. I often do this if I need a visual reminder of what I want to focus my thoughts on and I recommend it if you too struggle from over thinking too many things.
